MICHAEL J SIEVERT CFP®
Mike Sievert is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional with over 30 years of financial planning experience. He is the President and Founder of Exclusive Advisors. Mike has lived in Jacksonville, FL for over 53 years. He has been married to his wife Kim for 27 years and they have two boys, Alan (21) a junior at FSU, and Eric (24) a graduate of FSU. Mike is a graduate of The Bolles School (’85) and received his Bachelor of Science from the College of Business at Jacksonville University (’90). He successfully completed the CFP® Professional Education Program through the College for Financial Planning (’97). He received his CFP® certification in 1998 after successfully passing a two day, 10 hour comprehensive board examination administered by the CFP® Board of Standards. His clientele is comprised of high to ultra-high-net worth individuals, professionals and owners of closely held companies. He has been published in numerous financial articles in both the Journal of the Duval County Medical Society: Jacksonville Medicine and the Journal of the Florida Medical Association. He has also been quoted numerous times in the Jacksonville Business Journal and the business section of the Florida Times Union. Mike specializes in providing unique risk and wealth management solutions with an emphasis on diversifying traditional investment allocations with alternative investments such as private equity, private debt, private preferred, private real estate and private tax benefit investment programs.
STANLEY LEWANDOSKI II, RFC®
Stan Lewandoski brings over 20 years of financial planning experience to Exclusive Advisors. He is a graduate of Western Maryland College with a degree in Business Adminstration with an emphasis on economics. Stan was previously a case manager in the planning department with Lincoln Financial Advisors/Sagemark Consulting. As a case manager, Stan collaborated with other advisors in the development and implementation of various financial planning strategies. The majority of financial plans developed were for high-net worth individuals. Investment, retirement, insurance and estate tax minimization strategies were among the main areas of focus. During his time in the Lincoln Financial Advisors/Sagemark Consulting planning department, Stan obtained his Registered Financia Consultant designation (RFC®). This designation is awarded to advisors who meet high standards of education, experience and integrity.
With a desire to have greater interaction while helping clients achieve their financial goals, Stan began his own advisory practice in 2004 as an independent advisor representative with Lincoln Financial Advisors/Sagemark Consulting. Since that time he has grown his practice while working closely with successful business owners, executives and families. Over the years Stan has been able to help clients meet their objectives through the implementation of both traditional and alternatives strategies.
Stan has been married to his wife Katie for 15 years, they have two young children (Molly & Max) and live in Jacksonville Beach. In his spare time Stan enjoys fishing and playing golf. His is an active member of the Jacksonville Sports Council (formerly the Gator Bowl Association) and serves as a mentor at the McDaniel College’s Center for Experience and Opportunity.
DALE C. FARMER
Dale Farmer is a financial advisor with over 43 years of investment experience. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Delaware. Dale has experience in advising his clients through both prosperous and difficult business cycles. When meeting with prospects and clients, Dale likes to design and implement investment plans that enable clients to meet their investment goals. Dale has lived in Jacksonville, FL for over 39 years and spends most of his spare time involved with family, church, and collegiate and professional sports. He holds a Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registration as well as a State of Florida insurance license to help his clients with annuities and life insurance products.
JASON C. GRIGGS, CRPC®
For over 18 years, Jason Griggs has specialized in advising business owners and high-net worth individuals. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Business Administration. Jason holds a Series 7, 63 and holds his life, health and variable annuity licenses. He obtained the Certified Retirement Planning Counselor designation (CRPC®) after successfully completing a course of study encompassing pre and post retirement needs, asset management, estate planning and the entire retirement planning process using models and techniques from real client situations. This designation is considered one of the premier retirement planning credentials and is awarded to advisors who passed an examination to prove their ability to synthesize complex concepts and apply theoretical concepts to real-life situations.
Jason continues to follow his passion of understanding the distinctive needs of his clients and designing customized long-term plans to help each client achieve their unique goals. His experience in guiding clients through the challenges of several market cycles afforded him valuable professional experience that sharpened his ability to identify opportunities and managing risk. Always going the extra distance for clients are among the personal touches he contends fuels growth for everyone.
Jason has lived in Jacksonville for over 17 years and has been married to his wife Carrie for 15 years. They have two young children (Anna & Jacob) and live in Jacksonville Beach. Jason holds leadership positions in the Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra Beach, Beach Church and professional associations.
JEFFREY P. O'STEEN
Jeff O’Steen brings over 25 years of financial industry experience to Exclusive Advisors. Jeff was previously a Relationship Manager with Schwab Advisor Family Office. In his role he worked directly with single family offices and multifamily offices. He consulted those family offices on broad range of issues that affect families of significant wealth such as family office best practices, services, and creating family office communities. In addition, he functioned as thought partner on especially complex situations while helping families with strategies related to their market and alternative market investments. This role gives Jeff a unique in-depth expertise and experience serving ultra-affluent, and understand of the subtle nuances and complexities of working with these families.
